Good Size Bedrooms

With four dedicated bedrooms (two double & two twin) as well as bed settee in the living room the Villa can accommodate 10 people comfortably. Double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the twin bedrooms have Jack and Jill en-suite.

Spacious Accommodation

On package holidays you will be familiar with eating, sleeping and relaxing in the same room! But not in our spacious villa, we have full dining area, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms & pool area. We believe these extra touches make for a perfect holiday.

Rent our Luxurious Villa in the Cumbrian Lakes (Kissimmee, Florida) Sleeps up to 10 People.

Our Florida villa is located in the Cumbrian Lakes gated community, in Kissimmee. The estate is within a protected 200 acre conservation area. Entering through the gates and down the long driveway, you will immediately be aware of the peace and harmony with nature. A number of lakes are a moment’s walk from the villa with nature trails to follow; you may be lucky enough to spot Cranes, Ospreys and Blue Herons. A children’s play is just across the road, it‘s the perfect location for a quiet Florida holiday.
Theme Parks, Water Parks, Restaurants and Shopping Outlets are all within a short drive from Cumbrian Lakes. Visit our attractions page for a list of some of the Florida parks and other activities.

Kissimmee is the place to be for any visit to Florida. It’s within minutes of Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot Centre and the Water Parks. Seaworld, Universal studios, Universal Islands of Adventure and all the other attractions are close by. Kennedy Space Centre, Tampa and white sandy beaches are just a short drive away. The Highway 192 is a main road with an abundance of shops, restaurants, dinner shows and attractions.
